1980 Pacific Seacraft Orion 27, Somerville, Maine

Finding this incredibly designed sailboat for sale in the backwoods of Maine took some trekking but was well worth the trip. This is a 1979 Pacific Seacraft Orion Sailboat for sale is a "40 foot boat packed into the body of a 27-footer". We found it on the top of a mountain on a Bison ranch. It has more than you would imagine any 27' sailboat might have.... it's not perfect but it's also about 1/2 the price of the lowest one on the market. You just have to see it!

This week, Captain Q finds a one-owner 1999 39’ Shannon Cutter rig Sailboat for sale. Having undergone a major refit in 2005 & 2006, this sailboat is ready for offshore, bluewater cruising, whether that's in the Caribbean, trans-Atlantic, or circumnavigation. 1966 Cal 40, Portland, Maine

With another fantastic deal on a sailboat for sale in Maine, Captain Q finds a 1966 Cal 40 - a ground-breaking classic racing yacht. This one needs just a little bit of love (teak decks) but is a remarkable boat at a fantastic price, currently listed at $66,000. Of note: This is a very similar design (thanks to Germán) to the Nautor's Swan boats he designed - so with this boat, you'd be getting an exceptional Swan-like design at a more modest price (Used Swan sailboats in this size are fetching around $110,000).
